African Child Trust (ACT) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in the United Kingdom (Charity No. 1158266).

ACT was formed in March 1999 as a charitable trust (Charity No. 1074911). In 2014 it was registered as a charity incorporated organisation, following which the trust was de-registered in 2015.

The core values that drive our vision and organisational strategy are: Love, Empowerment, Justice, Integrity and Purpose.

ACT Operational Handbook

The ACT Operational handbook sets out the guiding principles and procedures and describes the responsibilities of the charity to our different stakeholders the document also describes the roles and responsibilities of our partners and basis of co-operation with act.

Advisory Board

Our Advisory Board include individuals from all walks of life and across professional sectors, including business, IT, finance, wealth management who volunteer their time and energy to raise funds and open networks for us.
