Hi! I’m Vimbai, a recent first class International Relations graduate. I studied at the University of Essex and graduated in June 2020.
I joined ACT in mid-March as the new Communications Intern. So far, my role has included carrying out a review of the ACT website and social media approach. I am now reviewing the communications strategy with a view to update and produce a new strategy for 2021-22.
I found out about ACT from their social media pages, applied and was pleased to be offered the role. I’m really excited about the opportunity and hope to use my skills to engage with the local community to expand our coverage so that more people can find out about the great work that ACT is doing.
With my interest in children’s education, politics and communication, I hope to make a long lasting, positive impact in my time at ACT.
